Shipping Times

Delivery typically takes:

Processing time: 1–2 business days.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Contact us immediately

  • We will help open an investigation with the carrier

Packages marked as delivered cannot be refunded, but we will assist you in finding a solution.

Customs & Duties

No customs fees apply for Canada and the United States.
For other countries, duties may vary by region and are the customer’s responsibility.
