Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with any manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, posture correctors that have been worn, used, or adjusted for daily wear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a standard return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Packaging must be intact and clean.

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

 

3. Change of Mind / Wrong Size

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you may request a return only if the product has not been worn or used.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and the product is received:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

 

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order is shown as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders marked as “delivered,” but we will work with you to find a solution.

 

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos or videos if applicable

Our support team will reply within 24 hours.

 

7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation.

 

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, you can request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
